• people tend to mind their own business more than in Indonesia
• Cambodian money is easy to understand
• my first day in Cambodia was much better than my first day in Malaysia and my first day in Indonesia

• there are many chicken fights you can see from the bus
• sometimes, cows block the road
• there are a lot of temples
• cambodian movies in the bus are very weird
• ponds come in all sorts of colors; matcha, curry, kabocha soup, black bean
• it's hard to say no to a child begging for money or water, but not impossible ... but you give in eventually
• it's hard to resist buying bamboo instruments that make the twanging sound
• sometimes, a strange looking indigenous animal is just a dog
